Winners Announced for PEA Business Awards 2012

Jan 27, 2012
The winners of the inaugural PEA Business Awards were announced at the awards ceremony, which took place The Orangery, Kensington Palace.

The People and Environment Achievement Business Awards in association with Lloyds TSB Commercial have been launched to celebrate how sustainability initiatives can be good for business as well as the planet. The new Awards highlight excellence and innovation as demonstrated by an individual or team (within an organisation of any shape or size, public or private) whose contribution to the ‘greening’ of the UK businesses has been genuinely effective.

The Awards recognised exceptional leadership and vision as well as best practice and key strategies that inspire others in the future. They highlight the people who are creating Britain’s greenest businesses, who understand and respect the planet’s precious resources and are prepared to make changes today to improve future well-being.
