Finalists for Tomorrow's PEA Business Awards

Jan 25, 2012
The finalists for tomorrow's first ever PEA Business Awards taking place at The Orangery, Kensington Palace have been revealed.

The People and Environment Awards for Business (PEABs) will seek to champion the individuals within corporations who demonstrate exceptional leadership and vision in implementing Britain’s ‘greenest’ business initiatives. These individuals or teams are often an inspirational driving force behind a company's decision to adopt a 'greener' approach to their strategies, and the PEABs will celebrate these personalities rather than simply the company name.

The PEABs will be judged by a panel of key green individuals in the public eye, chaired by Leo Johnson (Head of Sustainability at PWC) the panel includes Jo Wood (TV personality and organic entrepreneur), Jo Fairley (co-founder of Green & Blacks) and Tony Juniper (environmental campaigner, author and editor-in-chief of Green magazine).
