Brad Pitt, Prince Charles & Arnold Schwarzenegger make the Green Power List

Jan 17, 2011

The Green Power List released this weekend marks the launch of the Observer's 2011 Ethical Awards and contains everyone from a talk show host to a sailor.

It's not surprising that the Observer's Ethical Awards have been dubbed the Green Oscars when The Terminator and Brad Pitt are listed in their Green Power List and the ceremony last year was presented by the iconic Mr Darcy-Colin Firth.

This year's awards will be judged by Colin Firth this time, super-model, Lily Cole, scientist, Brian Cox, author, Jeanette Winterson; television presenter, Kate Humble; conductor, John Elliot Gardiner; comedian, Sue Perkins; and television presenter, Ben Fogle.

The PEA Awards closed its nominations on Friday so if you missed out why not nominate for the Observer's Green awards instead. They're open until 11th March. Visit www.observer.co.uk
