'Water cuts between a series of powerful individual stories to explore a man's desire to push himself to the limits in an increasingly unstable world of climate change.

As the personal and political come together, we you see the relationship between a highflier in government and cave diver crumble. While in Canada, a Norfolk born environmentalist meets his half brother and learns unexpected truths about the sacrifices their father made for them.
