First ever climate change art exhibit to be seen from space
The new 350 EARTH campaign has series of giant public art displays from across the planet to raise awareness about the climate change crisis before UN Climate Meetings begin in Cancun on Monday.
The idea is for each picture to be large enough to be seen from satellites in space.
In Spain street artist Jorge Rodriguez-Gerada and local citizens formed a giant face of a young girl threatened by climate change in New York artist Molly Dilworth created a "Cool Roof" for a school by painting what New York City and New Jersey would look like after a 7 metre rise in sea levels.
Here in the UK, Radiohead's lead singer Thom Yorke has gathered thousands on Brighton's coastline to form an enormous version of his album cover which has a giant picture of King Canute, a ruler who tried to control the ocean.
